「世界旅遊獎」（World Travel Awards）是全球旅遊業界最具聲望的獎勵，有「旅遊業的奧斯卡獎」之稱，獲獎業者都視為殊榮，得獎獎項也成為行銷宣傳重點，第21屆全球不分區得獎名單於2014年12月7日公布。
我節譯全球不分區環保類（Conservation、Green、Responsible）得獎名單如下，提供大家參考：
「世界最佳自然保育公司」（World’s Leading Conservation Company）：葡萄牙「Parques de Sintra – Monte da Lua, Portugal」 ，是2000年成立的公營公司，管理該地區世界遺產地人文與自然資源，2013年首獲此獎，2014年蟬聯。英文網站資料請點：https://www.parquesdesintra.pt/en/
「世界最佳生態旅館」（World’s Leading Eco-Lodge）：南非「Shamwari動物保護區老鷹岩旅館」（Shamwari Game Reserve – Eagles Crag Lodge, South Africa），2013年也獲此獎。2013與2014也同時獲得「非洲最佳自然保育公司」獎（2014 Africa’s Leading Conservation Company）。該旅館曾自1998年至2012年連續15年獲得「世界最佳自然保育公司」獎，到2013年才拱手讓給葡萄牙「Parques de Sintra – Monte da Lua, Portugal」 。
「世界最佳環保郵輪」（World’s Leading Green Cruise Line）：「MSC郵輪公司」（MSC Cruises），這次是首獲此獎。
「世界最佳環保旅遊地」（World’s Leading Green Destination）：「厄瓜多」（Ecuador），2013年也獲此獎。
「世界最佳環保飯店」（World’s Leading Green Hotel）：厄瓜多「加拉巴哥群島雀灣生態飯店」（Finch Bay Eco Hotel, Ecuador），在2012-2014也獲得「南美洲最佳環保飯店」（2014 South America’s Leading Green Hotel）。
「世界最佳環保休閒旅店」（World’s Leading Green Resort）：哥斯大黎加「Tabacon溫泉Spa休閒旅店」（Tabacón Grand Spa Thermal Resort, Costa Rica），2012年也獲此獎。2013-2014都獲得「墨西哥與中美洲最佳環保飯店」（2014 Mexico & Central America’s Leading Green Hotel）。
「世界最佳環保遊程操作」（World’s Leading Green Tour Operator）：蘇格蘭「荒野旅行社」（Wilderness Scotland），2007年也曾獲此獎。
「世界最佳環保旅運公司」（World’s Leading Green Transport Solution Company）：「歐羅巴租車公司」（Europcar），2008、2010-2013也都獲同樣獎項，還有其他不計其數的獎。
「世界最佳永續旅遊地」（World’s Leading Sustainable Tourism Destination）：阿拉伯聯合大公國阿布達比「SIR BANI YAS島」（Siri Bani Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE），這是首次獲此獎。
「世界最佳豪華環保休閒飯店」（World’s Luxury Green Resort）：土耳其「天使半島休閒飯店」（Angel’s Peninsula, Turkey），2014年同時獲得2014 World’s Leading Luxury Dry Hotel與2014 World’s Leading Family Hotel。
「世界負責任旅遊」（World’s Responsible Tourism Award）：肯亞「Twiga旅行社」（Twiga Tours），2013-2014也獲「非洲負責任旅遊」（2014 Africa’s Responsible Tourism Award）。

「世界最佳飯店」（World’s Leading Hotel）：土耳其「Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul飯店」（Ciragan Palace Kempinski Istanbul, Turkey），2014年同時獲得2014 World’s Leading Hotel Penthouses與2014 Europe’s Leading Hotel。
「世界最佳島嶼旅遊地」（World’s Leading Island Destination）：印尼「峇里島」（Bali, Indonesia）
「世界最佳會議中心」（World’s Leading Meetings & Conference Centre）：新加坡「Suntec Singapore會展中心」（Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre）
「世界最佳休閒度假村」（World’s Leading Resort）：義大利「Forte聚落度假村」（Forte Village Resort, Italy），1998-2014都獲此獎。
「世界最佳主題休閒度假村」（World’s Leading Themed Resort）：美國佛州奧蘭多「環球影城」（Universal Orlando Resort, Florida, USA），2011-2014都獲此獎。另於2008-2010獲「世界最佳主題樂園」（2010 World’s Leading Theme Park）
「世界最佳遊程操作」（World’s Leading Tour Operator）：「Abercrombie & Kent國際旅行社」（Abercrombie & Kent），2010也獲此獎。另外在2008、2011及2014也獲「世界最佳奢華遊程操作」（World’s Leading Luxury Tour Operator）。

Etihad Airways leads winners at World Travel Awards Grand Final 2014 in AnguillaAnguilla, 07th December 2014 Etihad Airways has successfully defended its title as the World’s Leading Airline at theWorld Travel Awards Grand Final Gala Ceremony 2014 in Anguilla. CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa welcomed 300 international hospitality industry leaders to the sunshine island to witness the Abu Dhabi flag-carrier take the title for the sixth consecutive year.
